Watch for our April 2010 Spring Kick-Off SPRING KICK-OFF April
19, 2009 The Clinic of Angels’ 2nd Annual
Spring Kick-Off on Monday, April 19,
2009 proved to be a huge success. It
was an evening of music, food and festivities for all to enjoy. Area
physicians, donors, community dignitaries, pharmaceutical representatives and
many others were then able to hear from a number of recovered patients on how
the Clinic of Angels assisted them financially in their time of need.
Doloras Perrone, Executive Director, gave an
informal presentation about the mission of and the work done by the Clinic of
Angels. Each person was also
presented with the opportunity to help both financially and in volunteering
their time to promote the mission for the Clinic.
Then Dr. Michael Cichon, Founder, introduced the 1st Annual
Nurse’s Cap Walk. This was
in honor of the tireless work of Florence Nightingale, a ministering angel who
was known as The Lady with the Lamp.
Barbara Sciarappa, a former recipient of assistance
from the Clinic of Angels, and her family enjoy the evening’s festivities.
